Money Plan works from one plan file: your paycheck, bills, rent, debts and so on, written in JSON. Load it once and everything is saved only on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere. The app makes no network requests at all.
Don't have a plan file yet? Look at the example plan for the format. It contains made-up numbers.
From your Chase texts. In Messages, long-press a purchase alert, tap Copy, and paste it below. You can paste several, one after another. If Money Plan shows up when you tap Share on a text, that works too.
From your bank's activity file (CSV). Good for catching up on a week or more. The file is read on this device and never uploaded.
Weekend and holiday dates can post a business day later. Edit bills in Settings.
This adds a "Balance adjustment" entry dated today, so the log still adds up.
Export saves everything (settings, bills, debts, logs and purchases) as a plan file. Importing that file later restores it exactly.
Delete everything Money Plan has saved on this device and go back to the start screen.
Your plan lives only in this browser's storage on this device. The app makes no network requests and has no analytics. It only downloads its own files so it works offline.
